Data encryption
When data is stored in the Danielle Software, it is always automatically encrypted in the database using an asymmetric encryption method. On first use, an access key is automatically generated on an external server for each company or company hierarchy. This procedure protects against data theft.
Anonymity
Anonymity is guaranteed for surveys. Neither the HR department nor superiors or employees (including the IT department) of Danielle Software are given the opportunity to see who gave what answers. Each participant receives his personal one-time password with the invitation e-mail, which is not stored anywhere.
