Overview of employee inquiries and appointments

Your employees report sick, upload a sick note, request leave, or forget to clock out – all these events generate follow-ups in Danielle Software and cause an e-mail reminder to be sent to you at the same time. Superiors are also informed about these events. Similarly, you can enter appointments yourself with a follow-up date to be reminded of them.

Events

Maybe you are planning your annual personnel appraisals and would like to be reminded of them at a certain time. Or you have an upcoming first-aid training you can’t forget about. Enter these appointments in the employee file under “Events” to receive a reminder in due time. Afterwards, you can then mark the event as completed and upload a document.

Time recording

When an employee started their working time but didn’t stop it within 24 hours, it can be assumed that they forgot to clock out. In this case, both the HR department and the supervisor will be informed via follow-ups. However, the employees cannot change the working hours themselves.

Absences

Every leave request that has not been approved automatically will be displayed in the HR department’s and the responsible superior’s follow-ups. Directly after processing (approving or rejecting), the request is removed from the follow-ups list.

In case an employee who reports sick is required to submit a sick note according to the configuration but fails to do so, a follow-up is generated, too. The same goes for a sick note uploaded by an employee that has to be checked by the HR department.
